The hotel's external appearance may not be inviting, but the hotel itself is excellent. A huge advantage of the hotel is a large, beautiful restaurant with delicious food. Dinners and breakfasts delighted us. Fresh fruit such as blueberries, raspberries, currants, peaches and watermelons were available every day. Children could also choose from delicious desserts and sweet pastries. A huge thank you for gluten-free bread and daily answers to my questions about the presence of gluten in dishes. The well-maintained swimming pool and saunas as well as animations for children also deserve attention.

At the end of April, my husband and I visited the hotel as part of the Romantic moments for two package. We spent unforgettable moments in a spacious and beautifully decorated apartment on the 5th floor of the hotel, from where we had a great view of the mountains. The food was very good, the restaurant was beautifully and modernly decorated. The hotel is in the city center, so everything is close, friendly service, clean, large swimming pool and, most importantly, affordable prices. We have already been to many hotels using similar packages with candlelight dinners, but the dinner at your place was perfect! Bravo to the cook for deliciously prepared 4 dishes and to the waiter! A beautifully decorated table, a bottle of good wine for dinner (white or red to choose from), in one word "France - elegance". Overall, very good experience. We will definitely come back here.

Maybe there wasn't a huge selection of a billion dishes, but the dishes were of great quality. It's better for us. A very pleasant hotel. We spent 5 days there. A great promotion for families with children suited us perfectly. For the price we paid, the hotel 100% met our expectations. What deserves praise above all is the friendly and helpful staff as well as the family atmosphere. A great swimming pool with warm water, perfect for children and also great for swimming. The hotel is generally very friendly to families with children. The meals were very good, there was always a dish especially for children, and we know that children are picky when it comes to traditional dishes. The hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious and cleaned every day! The only thing that could be improved are the beds for married couples, they could be with a common mattress and not joined together, but this is a nuance. Overall rating 5*, we recommend this place!

Very nice rooms (we had three different rooms), cleaning every day, thoroughly. Service - both the reception, cleaning ladies,

and waiters and waitresses are always friendly and doing his job well. A beautiful concert of Christmas carols, animations for children. We will definitely come back!!!

The stay at the hotel includes access to the so-called relaxation zone, i.e. a swimming pool, jacuzzi and 3 types of saunas (steam, dry and infrared). We used all options and recommend them to everyone. The breakfasts were a masterpiece - something good for everyone. Both for vegetarians and for those who are meat eaters.

We especially recommend snowball in the mountains, the miniature park and a trip to the Table Mountains. Even in early spring it is simply wonderful there.
